Order Fulfillment: Orders are processed and dispatched from global ateliers to mainland USA only. We warmly welcome Jamaican, Caribbean and international customers who utilize US-based freight forwarding and courier services.
Delivery
Shipping Address:‍ ‍Customers must enter a USA based address at checkout. For shoppers not residing in the USA, you must enter the United States address provided by your courier/freight forwarding company. This includes your unique warehouse account number or mailbox ID (where applicable).
International Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on global suppliers and will be stated at the end of the bottom of the Product Description section.
Duties and Taxes:
All buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by local custom authorities where applicable..
Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking info to request a return or a refund for products purchased from Vogue Harbour.
Return and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for the following:
- Incorrect Fulfillment-Items or items that are incorrect in color style or in size by mistake
- Soiled items
- Item Doesn't Match Description - products do not match photos
- Damaged or Defective Items
Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
We do not offer direct exchanges (item swaps). To get a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:

2. Review: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you return instructions.
3. Ship It Back: Securely package your item and mail it to the address provided in our authorization email.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. VogueHarbour will take responsibility for shipping cost if your exchange item was damaged or incorrect.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected and approved, we will email you to confirm approval.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method within 3-7 working days.
- Store Credit Option: You can choose to receive your refund as store credit via an electronic gift card, issued immediately upon approval of your refund.

Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Condition: Clothing items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. A store credit or gift card can also be issued in the amount of the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- What is your return window? You have 30 days from the tracking delivery date to request a return.
